By mastering effective oral and written communication, exercising my ability to think quickly and logically, and utilizing all of my available resources, I frequently earned a spot in the weekly "Top 5 Performers."





After developing customer service and accounting skills, I was tasked with managing store opening and closing. This responsibility involved delegating responsibilities to employees, handling customer complaints or disputes, and reporting profits. Through careful planning, I was able to streamline the store closing process and exceed projected profits.
