With roots in the customer service industry, I have developed the ability to form professional relationships, communicate effectively, and work on diverse teams. In addition to these soft skills, I was able to develop my technical skills through college projects, clubs, and internships. I have had the opportunity to design thermal-fluid systems in a variety of industries and plan to further my expertise in the subject by pursuing a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Provided troubleshooting services to determine cause of failure in computers. Utilized technical training and databases to provide structured and concise advice.

2015 - Current

Design fluid systems for high-rise buildings. Calculate system requirements and assist in product selection. Determine optimal layout by considering cost, efficiency, and serviceability.

Planned and managed fabrication of fluid systems for the Small Projects Division. Led small teams to exceed projected margins. Prepared competitive cost estimates to increase company revenue.

As acting store manager, handled all customer disputes and delegated responsibilities. Led closing activities and held responsible for team performance.

Aluminum Coating Technologies

Designed and supervised the company's first electropolishing system. Performed cost analysis and product selection. Tested temperature, flow rate, etc. to optimize system performance.

Coordinated with a small team to design, fabricate, and test a system which would provide consistent oil pressures in racing applications. Lead the development of fuel-air seperator.
